Gaiser® Precision Bonding Tools has been manufacturing
wire bonding capillaries since 1967.
In 2007, Gaiser Precision Bonding Tools became a brand of CoorsTek®,
Incorporated -- a large US-based technical ceramics manufacturer providing advanced technical
ceramic components to high-technology markets including semiconductor, electronic, medical,
energy, and defense. Established in 1910, CoorsTek enables next-generation technologies from
17 facilities worldwide – including North America, Europe, and Asia.
In 1970, Gaiser Precision Bonding Tools invented the first alumina ceramic
capillary, revolutionizing wire bonding. Since that time, the ceramic capillary has become the
industry standard and Gaiser brand tools, an industry leader. CoorsTek has invested heavily in
the Gaiser brand including new equipment, processes, and materials to provide our customers with the highest
quality products, competitive prices, and on-time deliveries.
CoorsTek continues to develop many long-term relationships with our customers,
representatives, and distributors. A key to the development of these relationships has been our
efforts to meet customer needs and engineering support requirements as promptly as possible.
Many of these relationships have resulted in Gasier branded products receiving quality awards
and developing key supplier partnerships.
The CoorsTek long-term commitment to our customers will always include both
the quality of our products and the quality of our service. We want to thank all of our customers
for their continued support and for making Gaiser branded tooling the leader in the industry.
Gaiser brand bonding tools are manufactured at the CoorsTek Ventura Operations facility consisting
of two state-of-the-art manufacturing buildings. CoorsTek overall operations exceed 200,000 square meters
(2 million square feet).
