Manufacturer of high precision wire bonding tools for the microelectronics & semiconductor industry seeks motivated, organized, technically-minded engineering problem solver with excellent people skills & communications skills. Strong three-dimensional spatial-relations mechanical reasoning is needed, AutoCAD skills, English & metric mechanical drawing interpretation & creation, and MS Outlook, Word & Excel computer skills. This energetic individual must be able to manage & drive multiple projects & tasks. Occasional foreign & domestic travel & trade show attendance may be required. Supervisory experience a plus.
